It's very discouraging when people leave a 1 star review. I don't understand why they have so much hate for a business that they have to share with everyone.

I think it's better to talk to the store first about your concerns, they might have a explanation for you. I usually look at reviews before I visit a place. Sometimes I find there are some people that share their bad experience but the reply from the company sometimes show that through just telling them about your problems they can help make things right for you.

Anyways, we try to do our best to give a nice experience. But if you ever have any concerns please let us know. Maybe your coffee tastes different from the time before, share it with us so we can improve.
