2 months ago was Single V's 1st birthday! At that time we felt it wasn't the right time to celebrate. Now that phase 3 has started, we feel comfortable sharing it with everyone.
This is just the beginning but we have come a long way.

Thank you to all the people that gave us positive and negative feedbacks. Through those comments we learned to improve our service and drink taste.
For example, we toned down the sugar in our matcha latte because we found out when it's too sweet the matcha taste is clouded.
Another example is a post we saw of a guy saying he didn't like that we didn't come pick up his cup after he was done. At first we felt discouraged that he would feel that was a ding in our service. But we realized it was a learning experience for us to see that people appreciate it when you pick up their cups.
